birth control methods what to do???

How long does the depo get out of your system i was on it for 3 months then moved to the pill took that for 3 days because it was to weird and now im off both its been about a week and 2days i been off birth control methods and i been on my perird for 2 weeks is this normal? i hate this thats the last time im taking this....

2. try the diaphram Its natural rubber and use spermicide with it each time... No thats too long...consult doc if itsnt gone by morning..
3. i have heard that the best method of birth control is the pill. place it between your knees and hold it there...lol
4. Well the last time I was on the depo it took three months before I got pregnant. But everyone is different. It might also depend on how log you have been on it. I was on it for over 1 year. I don't think I would worry to much. It takes a while for the depo to get out your system. I hope this helps.
