Waht will happen once i stop taking birth control seasonale?

i have been off for about three weeks. I wonder what are the possible side effects and if my period would return as usually

1. When I got off seasonale .. I had a period.. and it lasted a little over a week.. which is really long for me. Then my period came at its regular time the next month.. I had no problems getting off it.. I was a grouchy mess on it!!!
2. I agree with Dee. Your period should show up in a little while, and hopefully will settle back into it's normal routine before too long. The first one is likely to be on the heavy side, since you haven't had it for a while. Other than some normal PMS symptoms, or a little more cramping than usual, I wouldn't think there'd be any unusual symptoms. Good luck!
