Seasonale birth control question?
I have been on seasonale for 2-1/2 months now. Everything was going good until the past couple weeks. I am having lots of pregnancy sysmptoms. I am also feeling very lightheaded and dizzy. I missed a pill about 6 weeks ago. I don't know when I missed it but when I realized, I took it. Could there be a chance that I am pregnant or is it normal to have symptoms from the pill after having none for 2 months?

- yes i think you may be pregnant just takle a test to be sure and keep us all informed good luck x
- whats the question....
- Missing one pill doesn't decrease the effectiveness of the pill by much (read the packaging that came with it), so you're not likely to be pregnant. You may have an infection that's causing the dizziness (and maybe the other symptoms). Take a home pregnancy test or see your doctor to be sure.
- First of all.... u should read up on pills that make you have one 4 periods. They aren't healthy. Second.... because you weren't on the pill for long then you can be pregnant. You should stop taking the pill and do a test. If neg... and no period comes do a blood test.
- Could be the pilll. I was on that and I could barely stand a few days on it, it felt just like I was pregnant. I would test if your worried though.
- If this is your first time taking any form of oral contraceptive, it's possible that you are having symptoms as a result of your bodies adjustment to the hormones. Birth control in essence, tricks your body into thinking that it's already pregnant, so it only makes sence that you would have the symptoms of pregnancy initially. These symptoms should subside eventually. The pill is on average 99% effective against pregnancy, so most likely, you're not pregnant, even after missing one pill. But for piece of mind, you could always just take a pregnancy test.
