Any of you ever tried Lybrel birth control?

it is one of the new ones that keep you from having your mens. cycle every month.... i just finished my first month of them and i have been on my cycle for the last 7 days...not just "break through" bleeding as they say may occur, but the real deal, maybe worse....... is this normal for the first month?

1. I've not done Lybrel itself but have used other brands of pills in the same way that Lybrel is designed and had problems with breakthrough bleeding as well. Breakthrough bleeding (which is any bleeding that acts a lot like a period but isn't) can be a normal side effect for the first month or so when trying to adjust to the medication. I would recommend getting in touch with your doctor as well to see what they say.
