I have had an IUD (birth control) for 2 years now... but I have been feeling lots of cramps and pain latelly..

any bad comments about the IUD? symptoms? etc I don't know about any other birth control that doesn't have hormones and it's effective... any suggestions?

1. Based on what I've heard some of my friends who have tried Mirena (one of the IUDs out there) some cramping and pain can be normal to start out with. But because of how long you have had this in for and these are new symptoms I would recommend checking with your doctor to see what they say.
