Birth control/pregnancy symptoms???

I had a baby in December and have since been on the nuva ring, well for the last three days I've been having morning sickness! It's a nauseated feeling that I've only had both times I was pregnant and my breasts are also tender. I've been experiencing a bit of menstrual like cramping as well. Four days ago I passed some large clots (sorry for the graphic details) as well as some flesh colored tissue. I've taken a pregnancy test and it turned up negative, but I just can't shake this sick feeling. I can barely eat. Can birth control cause these symptoms? I can't go to the doctor because right now I'm the only one working and I have no insurance.

1. yes it can calls that 2 happen but i think u need 2 go 2 the doctors 2 check n make sure your not progeny
2. yes birth control can cause those side effects...I highly recommend talking with your doctor.
