Is it possible for birth control to kick start your sex drive?

I have been taking Lexapro (20mg) for about seven months now and have noticed a considerable drop in my sex drive. I just started taking the pill the yesterday (Loestrine 24) and was curious if birth control would help boost my sex drive back up? Sophie... I don't think it's possible for it to go down any further than it already is...

4. Hi i am on my second month of Loestrine 24, and im glad you asked this question. I always had a normal sex drive, but the last 4-6 weeks, my sex drive has been way up, like never before, i dont know if its the pill or something i ate or drank, but im enjoying it;) but everyone is different
5. Birth control reduces it most of the time. I've never heard of a pill that jump starts it.... that's probably part of the "birth control." ahahhahahaha! just kidding. but i'm serious about reducing it....
6. I'm under a birth control, for other reasons of taking that medication (for my skin and irregular menstruation cycle). But i still found myself as horny as ever! hee-hee... =)
