I stheir another form of the depo provera birth control shot?

I am on the depo shot but I spot all the time. I like the shot because its care free birth control. I want to know if theres an alternative shot. I have tried pills (cant remember to take), the patch (leaves a ugly patch mark).

1. Don't think there is, have you heard of the nuva ring? Its care free as well. Keep in mind that all birth control has a side effect, you may still have the spotting on on other forms of birth control. Good Luck!!
