Anyone know if antidepresents can effect the depo birth control shot?

Like how some meds can effect the birth control Pill??? Anyone know?

1. I am not sure if antidepressants will affect the shot. Nothing I have found says either way, so you would need to talk with your doctor or pharmacist. The shot will affect your depression. It has been shown to cause depression (sometimes severe) in users and make pre-existing conditions worse. If you already have this, you should look for another form of birth control.
2. I would just get off the shot, it causes too many serious side affects and health issues in a majority of women to be ANY good. Read the reviews at http://www.rateitall.com/t-330-birth-control-methods.aspx and google "depo provera lawsuit" and get off the shot.
