If i get off the birth control patch what are the effects?

I've been using birth control like depo, and the patch for a good year now and i hated depo cause it gave my migranes and gained weight. i like the patch cause you don't have to worry about it and you do have a period unlike depo, but its still side effects like naseau and weight loss.

1. My dr. told me that almost all of the woman she prescribed the patch to got pregnant. I used the patch for a month and I didn't experience any side effects however I noticed the patch would crinkle and if it crinkles then the less medicine thats getting into your body. Also your weight is a factor on the patch, if you are heavier the patch is not as effective as if you were thinner. I wouldn't recommend it. I was on depo for a year and gained 70 lbs, but I would go on that again before I did the patch.
