How long will it take for me to get pregnant after I stop taking the birth control Lybrel?

I'm currently taking the birth control Lybrel and my husband and I want to have a baby, how long do you think it will take for me to get pregnant after I stop taking Lybrel?

1. It took me a year. It took one of my friends 8 months Another friend 4 months. It just depends on your body and your timing of sex/ovulation. 2. I was on BCP prior to getting PG with # 2 & #3. With my 2nd child it took me two months to get PG. With the 3rd it took me 10 days. YES 10 days. My OB just about had a heart attack. With my 4th, no pills were involved, but it took me 14 months to get PG. My OB has told me that it takes 2 weeks for BCP to get out of your system, but it all depends on how well your cycle establishes itself being off BCP. Best of Luck Mother of 4 (B 21, G 14, G 3, B 1)
