Was anyone able to get pregnant the first month after stopping all birth control methods?

I've been off my oral-contraceptives for 7 months. My husband and I use back-up (condoms) right now, as we are almost, but not quite ready to "try". Just curious about how easy it is going to be for me to get pregnant once we stop the back-up and just go for it! Is it likely to take a few months? I guess anything is possible. Did anyone else "try" this way and get pregnant the first month of no birth control? I just really wanna hit the jackpot that first TRY!

1. One of my friends got pregnant the first month after stopping birth control. My husband and I have been trying for a little over 6 months now and nothing. Just know that everyone is different and it takes a normal couple up to one year to conceive.

3. I got pregnant right after I went off my pills. I got lucky! But you can do it too. That was with my second child. I just went off my pills this month and we are using condoms too. But I am tracking ovulation as I am going to attempt for a girl. Its all about timing. So if you know your body and you dont need help then you should be okay. If you are going to try soon and you dont want to just to do it " the wing it method" you could take this time to track ovulation so you can get it right the first time of trying. 4. I got off birth control after being on them for 6 years in december. Had period in Jan and found out I was pregnant end of Febuary. I was like 5 weeks when I found out, but then had miscarriage 5 days later. We are trying again hoping we have the same luck we had the first time. Good luck. They say you are very fertile after getting of bc.

I got pregnant the same cycle when I took the nuva ring out.They say after u stop hormone combine birth contol try to concieve asap...becuz after you get of them ur cycle regulates for a while....that how I got pregnant the first time....and I talk to my doctor and she said it was fine if I try this way again....im to be on the nuva ring for two months and then try to concieve asap!hope this helps
6. I got pregnant within a month of stopping birth control pills. I was shocked at how fast it happened...because we weren't really trying...I went off the pill for health reasons! Best thing I've ever done though...good luck to you!
