Birth control/pregnancy question (sorry in advance, I know these are annoying)?

Okay here's the deal. I am on the birth control pill, I've been on it for a year now. I take it relatively the same time every day. My boyfriend also pulls out every time we have sex (not reliable, I know). We had sex on Friday, while I was on my period, and he thinks he might have ejaculated a little inside of me. Should I take a pregnancy test? Am I likely to become pregnant?

  1. Odds are very low..to A. get pregnant while you are on your period + B. regularly taking the pill Id go with highly unlikely
  2. No> Not likely but for your own peace of mind wait about three weeks and take a test.
  3. Why don't you wait until your due for your next period, then worry. Besides if you had sex a few days ago, it's not gonna show up just yet on a test. You need to wait.
  4. Since you were on your period your fine. Just try and use condoms for now on. Take it from someone who had a baby at sixteen I love my son but it was harder on me and him then if I had waited.
  5. Odds are you are not pregnant. I would wait to see if you get your MS before stressing yourself!
  6. As long as you have taken the pill each day and not missed any, you should be just fine! ;) Try not to worry about it..unless you miss your period next month..then take a test..but right now it would be too early to tell if you were or not...but I would say 98-99% percent not pregnant. The pill is relatively affective when taken regularly.
  7. Unless you've been taking an antibiotic or other med that would interfere with BCP's (and that includes herbals like St. John's Wort), you're prolly fine. I hope you've been with him this whole year. Otherwise, why are you having unprotected sex unless you've been in a monogamous relationship for at least a year and both of you have tested clean for STI's (or been honest about any long-term STI's like HPV, HSV, etc.)??
  8. Since you are taking the pill you are probably fine. Anything can happen though - it would be about a week and 1/2 from now before you could take an early response test.
  9. I would check to be on the safe side..Anything can happen, but it's still too early to be sure of any thing yet.. If you get any unusual symptoms than I would definitely would take a test..Some of the symptoms are usually constipation, headache, nausea, morning sickness(morning sickness can happen any time of the day), tiredness, and missing your period but some people spot blood when there pregnant. If you feel that you might be pregnant take a test. Good Luck, hope everything goes well!.
  10. I got pregnant on the pill after 10 years!!! So i would take a test to be sure!! To best to be safe then sorry!! I hope you find the answers you are looking for!! I did take the pill everyday, same time every day!!! I was always on time!! I would say you know your body better than anybody, you would know if you were pregnant are not!! Remember don't stress!!
  11. Well the chances of getting pregnant aren't that high unless you skip like 2 pills in a row or something. I was on the pill for about 4 years and never got pregnant while on it and my the fiance wouldn't always pull out. If you're late take a test, if it's negative, and you still are worried about being pregnant wait 2 weeks after that. If you get a normal period than that usually means everything is fine. If it's lighter or shorter than normal or is like spotting than you could be pregnant.
