Is there any signs of pregnancy (while on birth control) before you miss your period?

Goofy sounding question, I know. But, I always get paranoid about getting pregnant even though I'm on birth control and for the most part my boyfriend and I always use condoms. Does anyone know if there's any sort of signs? I don't even know if birth control really plays a significant role in this but, you can never be too sure! Thanks! Your Friend, Goo.

1. I got pregnant while on birth control with baby #3. I dont believe there are signs that differ from the normal pregnancy signs. I know for me I was crying over EVERYTHING and hubby had a dream I was pregnant. I was also super tired, nauseated, and peeing constantly! And all that was before I even missed a period!
