Had sex w/o a condom for the first time tonight. Girlfriend is on birth control. Pregnancy possibility?

My girlfriend and I typically have used condoms, but we decided tonight that we no longer wanted to use them during sex. She is on birth control, and has always taken it the same time every day. I will always withdraw before ejaculation. Is pregnancy a significant concern? If so, should I keep using condoms? My girlfriend and I typically have used condoms, but we decided tonight that we no longer wanted to use them during sex. She is on birth control, and has been for over a year. she has always taken it the same time every day. I withdrew before ejaculation, and plan to every time I choose not to wear a condom. Is pregnancy a significant concern? We both know that we are STD free, and are in a loving, monomagous relationship. However, neither of us want children. Are there other options that can be used along with birth control. (other than a condom) It really was like experiencing sex all over for the first time, for both of us. I've been having sex for years, and I've never experienced sex as pleasurable as tonight's. It not only feels sexier, but it allows for an amazing connection. My only concern is pregnancy, since neither my girlfriend nor I are ready for children. Tips are appreciated. (Particularly personal experiences with bc success and / or failure)

  1. The risk is very low with her using protection and sounds liek you use the pull out method anyways...the risk is VERY VERY small.....
  2. Keep using condoms just in case u never know if she might forget the pill & just becareful u might one day not pull out in time..... u might end up a daddy .... happend to me & my hubby
  3. Birth control alone ranges from like 93% to 99.9% effective. Only about 1% of women still get pregnant when regularly taking Birth Control. So its pretty damn safe. Condoms are just for STD protection.
  4. As long as she has been on the pill for awhile (at least a month) it is unlikely.
  5. abstinence is the only sure fire way to not get her pregnant so if you don't want to have a child then don't have sex.
  6. yes pregnancy is still possible. You could still eject pre-ejaculate into her which could contain sperm. Pre-ejaculate acts as a lubricant and it sometimes contains sperm.Pre-ejaculate may contain sperm from a previous ejaculation, so there is a chance of GETTING PREGNANT! Men don't always know it's going to happen, as they don't always feel it. Pre-ejaculate does not usually contain sperm unless there has been an ejaculation, even a day-old ejaculation. Urinating removes some of the sperm but not all. Part of the job of pre-ejaculate is to "wash" out the penis to ensure a safe journey for the sperm when it DOES come. Pre-ejaculate has no sperm in it itself, only sperm that has been washed away on its way out. Birth Control isnt 100% effective there is like a 3% chance something could happen and yeah pregnancy can happen just be safe and watch for pre-ejaculate. 7. Extremely low pal, and wow what a difference, like having sex for the first time all over again. Joking aside, even if you ejaculate inside her it's still pretty low chance. Pregnancy is always a significant concern, however my wife and I always had sex without a condom while she was on the pill, and never had any problems. But if for some reason you do get her pregnant just be ready to take responsibility for your actions. Enough said good luck, use your best judgement.
