how long does it take to experience side effects of birth control?

i am in my third month of taking trinessa birth control and the first month i was very sensitive and spotted. by the second i got used to it and all those side effects went away. now i am in my third month and i have been throwing up in the mornings, tired, moody, nipples got extremely soar, now my breast are too and they are bigger and hurt. i have been pregnant before and the way i feel is very similar. would i be just having side effects or should i be worried?

1. I would be worried. I'm on BC and have never had those side effects and I'm usually one for getting every side effect when I take a med or something. Take a pregnancy test, bc that's what it sounds like to me.
2. Side effects should be getting better. Call doc tomorrow, and get off that med. Even if youre not preg, I wouldnt take something that makes me feel that way.
