When to plan a baby after being on Ortho-Evra birth control patch for 2 years, came off of it last month?

I have been on Ortho-Evra birth control path for two years. I stopped it last month. So now, how do I go about planning my baby now? I do have an appointment with my doctor in a few weeks. But wanted to start doing things and taking care immediately. Would appreciate your advice.

1. it sounds like your on the right track. going to see your doctor, maybe starting to take some folic acid soon. i got pregnate while i was ON the patch so im sure givin no problems you should be able to concieve quickly...start tracking your menstral and ovulation cycles. you can even go as far as keeping track of your cervical mucus. i wouldnt go that far unless its been a few months....good luck to you...your doing everything right.
