what do you think of Merina birth control IUD?
I just had a daughter shes 8 months and I dont think I want anymore children so I want something thats going to last awhile. I thought about this or maybe The Copper IUD that last 10years. Anyone on either one of these? And what do you think?

- IUD is a great semi permanent form of BC. My husband and I had one son, but weren't convinced that we'd have the emotional and financial resources to have anymore kids. I use Meridian for several years, had it removed and successfully had our second child. Then I got the tubal. It worked great for us although I had some hormonal side effects. Those effect were much the same as I experienced with the patch and the pill. Side effects like weight gain, and breakouts are par for the course when you're messing with hormones. If you've done okay on other hormone therapies, you should be okay.
