Have a IUD (birth control) , what do you think??

I have a appointment to get the IUD, I was just wondering what it's like if anyone has had bad experience, got pregnant or had it fall out or can you tell it is there?

1. I am on the IUD mirana, I love it. I have had absolutly no problems with it. I dont even notice that its there and neither does he :) I say go for it
2. I agree with tamman, I have mirena and love it. Just be warned that the insertion part is very uncomfortable/painful. You will get cramps for several days up to weeks afterward and it will throw off your periods for a few months. After that though, it's great.
