Question about my birth control pill and chance of pregnancy?

I'm one pill ahead on my birth control pack because last week I took one pill and then a few hours later I accidentally took another, I had forgotten I had already taken one. Last night I took my last placebo pill. I plan on having sex tomorrow so should I go straight to the next pack or should I be protected if I don't take one tonight? I know the only 100% way to protect pregnancy is abstinence but still, what are my chances?

  1. Start a new pack to be safe!
  2. consider digital (hand) and oral sex for tomorrow if you don't plan to take another pill.
  3. Start a new pack. It's unlikely you'll get pregnant, although to be absolutely sure you should have your boyfriend wear a condom.
  4. You are right...Abstinence is the best way to go but, i understand where you are coming from. I think that you should maybe wait to start the next pack when you are supposed to...and in the mean time use a condom tomorrow. Once u are on birth control it is hard to get pregnant for a while after you get off. It takes a while for it to get outta ure system. So I would say go with a friendly condom and also try the pull out method...Just until your birth control gets back on track!
