what are the possibilities of someone using birth control pills?
1) does that have to do something with irregular period problems? 2) are there any side effects using them? 3) If someone uses birth control pills for sometime, would it be a problem before getting pregnant?

- i'm not sure i understand question one but i'm gonna guess. Some people do use the pill to help regulate periods, one that dont come, ones that are really heavy, ones that are here and there nothing is regular for them. 2 yes there are some side effects. They can be everything from nousousness ( bvad spelling i know) to leg cramps, and cloting, other side effects can be very extream mood swings. Sometimes you have to try a few different ones to find the best for you. 3 There can be. Some women have no problem. My mom was on it went off of it when she wanted to get pregnant with me, was off one month and was pregnant! Other women it can take them 3 months. Remember it's a synthetic hormone so it's not what your body normally produces.
- I was put on birth control to help regulate periods. I suffered from hair loss and migraine headaches and so I decided to stop using them. They can also cause some women to gain a lot of weight. You should have no problem getting pregnant after going off them. I would be careful with the pills that say you only get your period once every 3 months or so, because that is not natural and can mess up your body. I tried those also and it actually worked the opposite. I bled for 3 weeks straight and then threw them in the trash! I heard a lot of other women have had continued bleeding while on them also. You can also still get pregnant while on birth control. It is not unheard of.
- Birth control pills are sometimes prescribed to regulate your menstrual cycle for someone who is irregular. There are many possible side effects, some of which are very dangerous, like blood clots and stroke, which can be fatal. Unfortunately these risks are downplayed as BCP are often not regarded as serious medicine, but it is best to do your research and find out the risks to make an informed decision. I was on the pill but had blood clots in my legs from them which is very dangerous and stopped taking them. After stopping the pill, it can take some time for you to begin ovulating again so for some people it takes a while to get pregnant, others return to normal right away and get pregnant in their first cycle off. Everyone is different.
