How to clean up residues of birth control pills in my wife's uterus?

My wife always get infection in her cervix and/ or uterus. The doctor said there are residues of birth control pills that induces the infections. What shall we do?

1. that's a bit vague!!! birth control pills do not leave any residues!!! it is the intra uterine devices(IUCD) that may leave some infection,of course even these can be tackled by good ANTIBIOTICS!!
