Should I take off my birth control patch at week 3 if I think I am pregnant?

I was switching to patch 3 and missed a day in between them. Now on patch 3 day 4 I have been spotting. This has not happend before I have missed inbetween and never spotted??? I am afraid that if I remove my patch it will mess up my flow. But it I am pregnant I am affraid it will make me have a miss carage.

1. GET A TEST AND BE ON THE SAFE SIDE, then contact the doctor and see what they say. Like all meds they have a side affect find out what sides affects the pad has. But contact the doctor first after you take the TEST
2. Since you missed a day that will cause u to spot, I doubt you are pregnant but i would take a test just to be safe... Call you doctor
3. You really need to discuss this with your doctor. Most likely the spotting is due to missing the one day between patches. Its very unlikely you are pregnant. Go ahead and use the patch.
