Have you taken continuous birth control pills like Lybrel? Would you recommend taking continuous birth control

Does the medication work well? Does it prevent all periods? Is it riskier than traditional birth control pills? If you haven't taken Lybrel, have you taken other pills continuously? What was your experience? Did you experience a lot of side effects?

1. I am not a fan of this "continuous birth control" stuff.... Like Seasonelle, you get your period once a season... Although taking continuous birth control has been approved by the FDA, there have been no long term studies done. So what happens in 30 years? Do we begin to only ovulate once a season? Or once a year? There have been no long term studies of the side effects of these things. I would never take any of them.
